The bridge at Kemnay...years later, still bad news...

I heard the Province has a ton of money for bridge upgrades.
I wonder if Kemnay will be included. Somehow I doubt it.
That low bridge has caused more problems over the past years with semi's running into it. Has anyone read which bridges will be upgraded?
