Tallest building in Brandon

Back in Jan. someone asked on CKLQ feedback, what is the tallest building in Brandon? I looked up on a couple websites that deal with various buildings. One was www.emporis.com and the other is www.skyscraperpage.com.
Based on the number of floors:
Park Rose Tower - 14 floors
Scotia Bank Building - 12 floors
McMaster Hall (BU) - 11 floors
Canad Inn - 11 floors (36m)
Princess Towers - 11 floors
McKenzie Seeds - 7 floors
I had e-mailed this info into CKLQ feedback and was read on air. Bill Turner and others in the CKLQ office could figure out where this Park Rose Tower is? I've also tried to find it but no luck so far.
Anyone know where this Park Rose Tower is?
Both websites list this Park Rose Tower.
