Richmond Avenue

I read in the Brandon Sun yesterday that Richmond Avenue is getting re-done in some places. Cracks at the 26th and Richmond intersection are getting repaired by the original contractor at their expense. And some other work is getting re-done at taxpayers' expense. I hope this isn't the work at 18th and Richmond that was so shoddily done the first time. Why would we have to pay a second time for the pathetic work done before?
