Is it just me or have we been noticing fewer speeders on the road since the BCP announced they were increasing their speeding ticket quota. A few months back on my drive to work I'd see at least 5 or 6 drivers going at least 15 k over the limit. Now it seems there'll only be 1 or 2 during the same trip to and from work. Just a mere observation and I consider it a good thing.  
 
Strange that the police insist they don't have quotas yet a major front page story ran in a local paper a couple months back reporting the increase in traffic tickets to be issued. Anybody remember that? Perhaps the big media release on this backfired for the police. How will they remedy this situation now? I smell spring fever radar and check stops!!
