Casino for Brandon - Once again - Your thoughts?

I am not a gambler.
I know people who do and the toll it takes.
It's bound to happen (like the old and tired Sunday Shopping debate)
People, if they cannot gamble here will gamble elsewhere.
I think a casino would be very good for Brandon.
It's like smoking, drinking or drugs. People will still imbibe and will figure out where to get it, do it or have it.
We might as well reap the benefits of the economic impact it would have.
It should be located right in Brandon. I still think the CP Rail Building on Pacific could be a contender (Unless of course, it's used for shops, a la the Forks)...
