there is a letter to the Editor from Yogesh Goradia who wants to develop the Promenade Project. I can see this thing getting nasty as the Chamber of Commerce and the Construction industry are now saying the spin-offs for Brandon could be huge. But alas our wonderful city council is still stuck in the box.
