Is this normal for Brandon? I thought Brandon didn't have a crime problem. At least that's what I heard Mayor Dave say last election. Why is it that at 5pm on a Thursday you see 4 police cars setting up speed traps on Victoria targeting good hard working people? Oh right cause we don't have a crime problem we just have too many speeders. What a crock.
