Just in case any home construction company owners are on board please consider the weather when digging. I live by the Brookwood development and the wind on Tues and Wed was wicked. So let dig or move around dirt? Seriously, I have about two inches of dirt in my pond which I just cleaned last weekend and my windows are filthy (which I also just cleaned). The wind was bad enough, moving dirt around is inconsiderate. I hate to see the houses right there, never mind the workers or any children with asthma in the area. It was like a hurricane of dirt coming over Richmond. I know time is money but considering neighbors time and money would only be considerate!
