Has anyone checked out the new rental availability list the City of Brandon posted at www.brandon.ca/rental?  
 
I heard about it on the radio so took a look. Not too many apartments yet but what a great idea. I know when I was looking for an apartment I made what seemed like hundreds of calls and so many times I was told the apartment had just been rented. Something like this sure would have made my life easier.  
 
Hopefully the landlords supply them with info to keep it current.
