This has angered me about City Hall (again)...A local boy done well has decided to invest much money in his home town, downtown by the way, and build condos in the area. Now he is asking the city to extend existing tax breaks to his development.  
 
And he has stated that said tax breaks will go directly to the people that live in the condos...(downtown.)  
 
Now, is it me or would a forward thinking mayor say to to this multi-millionare 'I appreciate what you are doing and let's talk' ..or would he say ..'NO'..out of hand as our mayor has done  
 
.just another reason that my family and I are considering leaving. I love this town but this seems to be the way of the town..
