We own a local business and find it so difficult to find reliable employees in this city. The staff we currently have are wonderful, but in the past year we have hired so many people who cause us more stress than they are worth. I think it is amazing how people complain that there are no jobs in Brandon and how companies like Maple Leaf have to bring in Employees from other countries. What is wrong with this picture???
