Weekend Incarceration at Street Love

I was reading an article in the Brandon Sun regarding the above. Given that this will be happening in the downtown area, I was wondering what views EBrandoners have on this? If our Correctional facility is too small, do you not think that facility should be made larger with perhaps a special area for people who can serve their time on weekends?
