Park Avenue traffic - Highly under-rated!

Park Avenue and 6th Street (4-way stop) is finally complete and open to traffic! YAY!
It's been almost the entire summer, but thank goodness it's done.
I'm still not sure about Park and 10-1200 block, as I have avoided Park Avenue all season due to road closures.
I highly believe that Park Avenue is one of the most travelled streets in the City and the 4-way stops at 6th as well as Park and 13th are crazy. There should really be lights at these intersections as it gets really congested throughout the Brandon 'rush-hours'.
Anyway, just wanted to let you all know that 6th and Park is now open to traffic on the East-West-South portion. North side shouldn't be long now.
