Proposed major development, 1st st N?

I see council is going to hear an application later this month for what looks like a major development on 1st St N just South of Value Village that is to feature 96 (!) units. The Renaissance Station is a good size in itself at 66 units... I'd presume we're looking at more than a couple of stories here considering the size of the parcel of land.
Does anyone know any more? In particular whether we're looking at condos or rentals? It would be an ideal situation for rentals being as close to ACC as it is.
