pothole outside of Tim's on the hill

just a heads up. just outside the exit from the drive through of the Tim's up on the hill, there is a pretty decent sized pothole. Last night i drove over it and it ripped a peice from under my car. Luckily it was just a peice of plastic that is not important, but it was one hell of a fright.
Anyway just thought i would warn others. I wasnt too sure who to let know, Tim's, or the city for that peice of road.
