Another Bridge Bites the dust

Just got home about 2 hours ago and we came from the east on #1 hyway. It seems that a Bridge about 10 km (guessing) east of Brandon on #1 hyway for those of you traveling towards the west has had a beam pop through the pavement. A big beam sticking way up. They are still letting traffic go through in the left lane as the beam that popped through the pavement is in the right lane.
I have to wonder how safe it is to still be using that little Bridge?
