Today there was a grey pick-up truck that dumped old couches, a mattress, and a bed frame onto our vacant lot. By the time my husband turned around to see who it was the truck was gone. We always have those who go through the garbage and retrieve bottles or whatever, leaving the bags ripped open. That annoys me. The jerk who decided that our property was his personal dumping ground really ticked me off. When we get these new containers what is going to stop those who want to take what they want and make more messes. I have called the police about this but unless they catch them there is nothing they can do. Any suggestions??
