In my humble opinion Mr. Harper has accomplished much with a minority
...the only problem was the other parties wanting to water down the crime bill...
13 years of trying to help the criminals has brought us to this point....
Now other parties voted against hammering criminals...
And I know the story about a hand up for the offenders, but now we see that that has failed in awful prpoprtions...
Yes, I know that jail is not going to rehabilitate the person, but enough time means that that person will not re offend...
Yes and there are too few jails..blah blah... whose fault is that,, Chretian
