To raise money for the new Skate Board Park on 10th and Victoria, they are selling 1 yard of skate boarding surface for $200 for which you will receive your name on a small Plaque at the Park. I think this is a far better way of raising funds than offering prizes or money at Raffles. This is a kid’s park and they should not be introduced to gaming before they are eighteen, also by selling pavement the organizers keep all the money donated to the scheme.  
Note: The "yards" can be purchased at the Town Center's main office, City Hall and the civic services building, and at the city's two skateboard shops.
