Cars cutting others off

I saw something tonight that made me wish I could have taken a picture...A blue sports car from Sask. passed us, weaved past another car and then another car. He was on the phone at the time...by the way he was not an old person but in his twenties. I remember that there are some that think the old ones are a danger on the road.
