The gap between customer service and outhouses is narrowing

I recently went to a automotive repair shop in brandon and had a bad experience. The person was nothing but vulgar and disrespectful when I asked him to check an automotive part I brought in to make sure it was not working. I was on my way to work for 6am when my car died so I spent almost 2 hours taking the part...Even though he said free parts check, I would have deserved the free check anyways..LOL. Anyways, getting back to the story...He told me that the part was "S..." and the place I bought it from sells "S..." Ok, I thought. So I asked this "where is a good place to buy this particular part?". He said, and I quote "You F....... idiot, where the f... do you think...right here. F... J.... C...." So, needless to say I was quite shocked, took my part and left. Didn't say anything...maybe I should have but I work for Sobeys and making a scene and flipping out could hurt where I work. So I didn't.
So I went over to Auto Parts Central (former Hoods I beleive) and they offered considerably excellant customer service, honored the waranty I had and gave me a new part. I originally bought this part and had it installed through Issacs Auto Repair. Both Auto Parts Central and Issacs have done well in meeting and exceeding my expectations. Unfortunately I can't name the other bad business. Heck, who knows, maybe he went through a miserable night with the misses (or mister)and was just cranky. Or maybe he just finished stumping his toe. Thats my story. Hope you all enjoyed.
