Disrespect in the cemetary

Saw in the sun today that some low life went through the cemetary and stole some flowers from a grave site.
Not religious myself, and I do not believe that the deceased will miss the flowers at all.
But I do feel for the family. The flowers are a part of the grieving process an having them taken adds to the pain.
Not much we can do to totally prevent this type of occurance from repeating, but you have to wonder what kind of heartless ***hole would do this.
