ever look thru the real estate flyer and wonder why there are few if any references to what the house is selling for.To me price is very important, we all know it's a ballpark figure but it gives me some idea of whether or not I can afford it. Nothing is worse(?) than seeing a property one might be interested in and finding that after indicating an interest, it is WAY too much!! Like why bother I would prefer to spend my time looking at those I had some hope of purchasing. Maybe some people can be bamboozled into buying beyond their means, that perhaps is the purpose, sure bugs me!
