new furnace

We had a new energy efficient installed two years ago and now we are having problems with the windows frosting up and moisture on the inside of the windows. I have tried calling the heating co that we got the furnace from and they suggested running any exhaust fans we have in the house. The noise of running fans plus the hydro to run them makes having an energy efficient furnace a bit of joke.He said we could get an air exchanger put in for another $2500.
Has anyone else had this problem after getting a new furnace?
