CWB@AG Days vs. Free Speech?

I just found out this weekend that my uncle had put together a leaflet showing the price differences between North Dakota and the CWB. It worked out to over $130,000 for an average 1500 acre farmer, per harvest. He then figured he'd hand it out while he was at Ag Days this last week.
Apparently there were many angry farmers going to the CWB booth and asking them to explain the difference. Enough in fact that on his second day there, my uncle was asked to leave the premises. When he was approached he was told that 'If you wanted to irritate the Wheat Board you've more than done that'. He was then told that he needed to leave because he hadn't paid for a booth at Ag Days and if he didn't leave he'd be escorted out.
