I was coming home from a doctor's appointment today and got on a bus, just outside of McMaster Hall. And it was packed, as usual. And just as we were heading back down town, a group of guys hanging out in the back got off - and I moved to sit in their spot, to make more room. And I noticed two empty beer cans, and an empty bottle of vodka. I knew I could smell it on them as I got off, but I didn't think they were actually drinking on the bus. I was just kinda shocked that people actually do this, and I'm reminded why I don't ride the city bus anymore. As soon as we arrived downtown, I let the driver know.  
I just don't understand why people are so disrespectful to the transit system so much.  
Like when people draw their names or other inappropriate drawings on the backseats of the new, smaller buses.  
It just pisses me off.
