I just took a quick drive up to the north hill, and it is bad. We're lucky that it isn't also snowing, because it would be alot worse.  
 
One question, has anyone heard the Highway Advisory Radio working? When I was up there, the light wasn't flashing and of course there was no broadcast. When the roads are like this is when you would expect it to be operating.  
 
The by Portage works and I have heard it operating during the summer when the overpass was out.
