Casino and Taxes

Been to long without a casino debate!
Overheard this morning in the coffee shop that employees of a casino that operates on an urban reserve earn theur money without the need to pay any taxes on the income. They say that is the case in Winnipeg casinos!
Now I am pretty sure that is false, but I do not have any proof. If anyone has insight, let us know.
If true, then I want a job there!
If false, how does this type of thought get implanted in people's mind? If that is what people believe, then the casino vote will be no due to ignorance!
