Why doesn't Brandon get a waterslide park?

A lot of small towns in Manitoba have them. What happened to our waterslide that so many once enjoyed and is there a plan to reopen an out door waterslide business for the city? My friends drive to other places and take their business with them when their kids want a different activity that isn't offered here.
