With the vote coming up this week, I thought it would be a good idea to start a thread to see what people think on two things:  
 
- The percentages for the Yes and No vote  
- What voter turnout will be in %, keeping in mind that 12846 voted for Mayor in the 2006 election where we have I would say 33000-34000 people aged 18+  
 
I will start by predicting the following based on what I've read and heard from others:  
 
45% Yes  
55% No  
25% voter turnout (I hope I'm wrong for the sake of the democratic process, but fear it will be low because of the lack of clarity on what's being voted on)  
 
Please keep this discussion about your predictions and your reason for them if you'd like to add it. For discussion on your opinions on a casino in Brandon, why you're voting how you are personally, etc we have many other excellent threads going. Any off topic messages will be deleted so as to keep things on topic. Any mocking anyone else for their predictions will see the same fate.
