Everybody knows that low voter turnout is a huge problem. Everybody says that they are worried that young people just aren't getting involved: aren't making their voices heard.  
 
Let's do something about it.  
 
I will be taking my kids with me when I vote tomorrow. If I can, I want to take one (or both) of them with me into the voting booth. I will even let them mark my ballot, providing they choose the right spot.  
 
I want them to know that voting is important: that it makes a difference. I want voting to become a habit for them.  
 
No matter whether you intend to vote yes or no, I encourage you to take your kids with you.
