Off I go this morning to do my civic duty and vote on the issue that has been so devisive.  
 
Hmm, 2 tables - each with a diferent ward number. Go up to the one closest to the door and ask if I vote here, or the other one.  
 
"It really won't matter", I am told, "the computers are not working so we don't know who gets to vote where. But you can vote here, just promise not to vote again somewhere else".  
 
Not really a confidence builder to know that I could drive around and vote many times. Wonder how this will turn out.
