I'd buy a fanny pack or go to the dollar store by Walmart, they had small packs like a fanny pack but only meant to hold keys and small stuff. That way he can strap it around his waist and not worry about anything falling out of his pockets. The small ones at the dollar store would hid under his shirt so no one would even see it.
