Hwy #10 South to U.S. Border

Does anyone know how much of Hwy #10 South to U.S. border is completed. Is it done up to Boissevain yet, or Hwy #3 just South of Boissevain? I have to travel that way soon, and just wanted to know what to expect. Thanks!

#10 is terrible from a couple miles north of Boissevain through to the US border. Just dodge the potholes and you will be fine!!

Looks like they are just starting to do work south of boissevain. Very rough north of boissevain for a couple of miles.
