Driving down 18th street this morning, noticed that some idiot pulled all the flowers and soil out of one of the big planters on the boulevard. I guess it was somebody with nothing better to do. I am one of those people who appreciate what the city does to beautify our streets.

Or when I see trees (usually younger saplings recently planted) that have had their branches ripped off attempted to be ripped off to be left dangling or hanging by it's bark. When I was a kid, if I even attempted that, my parents would flip right out.  
 
I hope the planter is fixable or can at least be replanted.

Hoping someone that works for Parks sees this and can get around to see if the flowers are salvageable, might be before they dry out.

Have you see the flower trees down at city hall planters? Go have a look, they are worth seeing!

Why weren't they locked up or protected better? The city is so irresponsible leaving plants outside where anyone can vandalize them /sarcam

People are starting to become more and more disrespectful towards others I am finding now a days. I see people doing things all the time and it is very disheartening.  
 
Anyways I own a couple of garden plots over at the Riverview Community Garden and I go to visit it everyday to water and whatnot. I have so far have my plots stomped on, plants completely plucked out of the ground, stones thrown onto the plots (an abundance of them right where the produce would grow.). It all seems to be little kids doing this as i can clearly see there foot prints in the dirt that they leave behind.  
It needs to start at the parents to begin to reprimand there kids for the selfish, disgusting behaviour. Can you do anything about this like call the police to report the kids and have the parents properly dealt with?
