    Avoid 18th st. bridge. Cops on bridge, cops at bottom. Totally blocked. Traffic jammed.

    might be a good reason to get on the ball and fix or replace 8th street bridge considering that 18th will be disrupted significantly if that bridge replacement actually occurs.

    I am guessing another jumper.....people seem to choose that bridge to jump off of....not sure why, cause even if they do manage to jump, they usually live and end up with serious injuries.....I hope its not a jumper tho.

    Apparently there was an accident on the bridge & emergency crews are on the scene & traffic is being redirected! Hope everyone involved is ok.
