Are there any places that buy gold? As in unwanted Jewelry etc.

If you are looking to get rid of old jewellery and get the best value...I reccomend taking your stuff to Money Mart on 8th Street and Victoria Ave, in the same building as Subway. They weigh, and test your gold right there. Then they will tell you what its worth, if you are not happy with the price you can take your thi gs back! But they are always fair, they base their price on the market value of gold, if the market value is high..you will get a decent price...if market value is down...then you will get a lower price. I think that's the only place in Brandon that trades at market value. All pawn shops will rip you off...don't go to one of them.

I know Ben moss does. IMO take it to a place that deals with this stuff.

I might be interested in taking it all off your hands. Do you know the total weight in gold and what kt it is?

I took some stuff there and wanted to get a second opinion but they wouldn't give it back to me as they said they had used a chemical to test the gold and this could burn me and I could sue them, so once you agree to them giving you a price you have to take it. I would never take anything back there again.

They "wouldn't give it back to you"? It was yours! You had options like . . calling the police right at the time.
