I am building this first Tiny House Project in Brandon. The main goal is to start building not expensive Affordable Houses. This is a high quality cabin. Traditional houses and cabins are often full of unused space. You’ll be very surprised how spacious it is in reality. Everything is conceived and designed so perfectly that you can not only live comfortably but also economically.

There have been some changes in the ability to add secondary detached units/suites on existing properties with houses by the city planning department . Is this Tiny House fall under this new planning allowance
Will it be a legal unit that falls under this new zoning allowance? Able to be occupied year around? I know this was the hope with the changes to the zoning but haven't heard of anyone actually doing it.
If it falls under the zoning it would be a great real world example of what is possible and also you would be a great resource for the promotion of similar dwellings. Good luck on the build!
