MTS Internet and TV not working

Why sit in hold when you can look at their website? States they are having issues in Brandon due to power issues.

Maybe. Just got off the tech line. According to them it is not a reported problem where we live

They did confirm it is on their end but was not aware it is happening here.. It was worth my time.

If people don't phone and report it how will they know it's a widespread problem, investigate and fix the problem.

If it's not a reported problem, why would they post the Brandon issues on their site?

By checking their website and seeing that they know Brandon is having issues, i know that they are working towards solving the issues, all without having to call in. That's me though.

MTS internet & TV still down for me in the East End. Urgh. Tried calling MTS and they have such a high call volume right now that they told he to call later: not even the call back service is offered.

I did report and they did not know it was Brandon wide. I guess they have areas they were working on.

He said it was the first he heard that our end of town was out. Reported and we are back up.

I encourage all to call MTS and have your bill Prorated. 1-204-225-5687... I went with out all services for a few hours. Don't think it's fair when I have too pay the full tab for the lack of service. Monday is when I'll be calling.

Just got off the phone with Mts tech. They said a few of their services have been without power since the storm. Until they have power restored to those, we won't have any Internet or cable. He said they have crews working on it
