Does anyone know what to do about burnt out street lights. I went on my hydro website to report it and filled out an online from but of course when you hit submit it goes to an error page!!! Pain in the butt!! Is there a phone number to talk to an actual person???  
 
We have had no lights for over a week and it's getting ridiculous as its a busy family neighborhood and was always safe feeling until now!!  

Look in the phone book under Manitoba hydro I believe it's Winnipeg number 478-**** , or look on your bill. I called once and you listen to a machine but it gets to street lights and your leave the info. May take them a week or so to get around to it

It took people getting beaten in my parking lot to get all the lights fixed around my area last year. I had filled that form out three times over the course of a year and a half, that there was a stretch of lights out from 3rd to 5th on Rosser Ave. as well as a couple in the alley between 3rd and 4th, and only after the Brandon sun pointed out how unlit the area was and that maybe that contributes to undesirable situations were all those lights fixed within 48 hours. In hindsight it was kind of a piss off that it took someone getting assaulted and having the news paper pick up on it before anything was done, especially since I know I hadn't been the only one complaining about that stretch.

We had a light burned out in our street, it took hydro months to come replace it. Apparently they only have one bucket truck in the area. When they finally did get it done, they came back a month later and replaced it again, as part of a regular schedule.

City of Brandon(Home)website,then click 'report street light problem'.  
I used this recently & the burnt out light was replaced within a few days.
