TGIF! Another week is behind us. What are you doing to celebrate the weekend?

Going camping for the first and probably only time this summer! 7 1/2 month pregnant and we are tenting it, we will see how it goes! Hahah.

Leaving Sunday for a week of camping at Bird's Hill, but no worries of pregnancy for us as per above post

to Portage for a family reunion.....should be fun!

Weenie roast and camp out at my sister's farm tonight, biking (cycling) some trails tomorrow morning, anniversary party for my husband's cousin tomorrow night. Sunday will go for a run, do some laundry, tidy the house, and spend time in the garden.

I'm going to enjoy a few roller derby games out in Shilo this Saturday (junior scrims and Gang Green game)!

Going to Winnipeg for the night Saturday to do some shopping, and we have reservations for Sunday brunch at Prairie 360 Sunday. I heard the food sucks but we've never been so it should still be a nice experience.

I agree! We didn't camp at all last year except 1 night for a family reunion because I was pregnant, and didn't want to walk to the bathroom alone at night at 3 a.m.!

Gear up to end MS  
Manitoban Kelly Tataryn started a cycling journey on the 28th of May in Halifax, NS. His goal is to ride across Canada , raising funds as he goes, for research into MS. He's cycling in honor of his friend Jennifer Lane, and all others who are afflicted with this disease. Kelly will be in Brandon for a "Meet and Greet" barbeque on Sunday the 19th, before continuing his ride. Come out to meet him if you can, and bring the family!
