I was watching CSI Miami last night and it was brought to my attention that the actor playing one of their murdur suspects is a cousin to a Brandon family (Kim Coates, born in Saskatoon). I checked out his Wikipedia and some of the movies he's been in are Pearl Harbour, The Client, Blackhawk Down and Silent Hill:

Another that isn't quite an actor but was surprised to find out he was from Brandon originally was the Hollywood stunt guy the Wheat City Journal did their Page 3 on a few months ago (can't remember his name for the life of me). This fellow had done stunts for Jackie Chan among other big names.  
 
I'm curious what actors and Hollywood people others know of with Brandon connections.
