Meighan Haddad - Derek Cullen.

Won't throw anyone directly under the bus, but one of the previously mentioned ones almost caused us a delayed move in the night before possession because of an error on their part (was the sellers lawyer). Thankfully Derek Cullen's assistants got everything in order with the other office very quickly. Definitely recommend him.

He runs his own practice. Very nice, professional. We've had to start an actual lawsuit against previous owners and he's been great for advice and helping us out

Close your eyes and pick. It's a very basic service and all will do it for roughly the same price.
