They don't want to probably because they don't have to.
Considering the vacancy rate, the list of interested parties could quite literally stretch around the block. And I'm talking about people who are willing to view during work hours.
I know it's frustrating but it's simple supply and demand. Landlords have their pick of many prospective tenants. And like i've said in this and other rants about landlords, they do not have to cater to you in any way shape or form, you need them more than they need you generally speaking.
If the availability of un-occupied rentals in brandon was high, you'd likely get a viewing any time you wanted.
It's not personal, its business.
