I have the same problem. Send my wife a text and she gets it the next day and her phone is only 6 months old. One thing i don't understand is i can be sitting downstairs in my house my cell rings cannot get an answer till i go upstairs.

I have an iPhone 6+ and wife has an GS6 Android. iMessage constantly doesn't work but her Android always seems to receive and send messages without problem. Frustrating to say the least.

I'm not wondering, I haven't had either of those problems. Where are you? Maybe your tower is congested or you are getting a weak signal.

Every time I get/make a call my phone instantly switches to 3G and sometimes drops calls or might as well as the other person can't hear me. It then remains on very crappy 3G for about five minutes after the call and it's basically a brick as it isn't even good 3G. Frustrating.

Is also a problem for me. And also not delivered--have to send as text message. Lots of people I've talked to are having the same problem.

Instead of coming on ebrandon and bitching about mts in yet another thread.  
Call them and talk to tech support.  
Yes mts has been having issues, like every other carrier out there. Give themselves time to fix the problems.

My iPhone 5 not very old with MTS tells me no service, slow network retrying,never has strong signal inside Brandon, I refresh and reset more than getting anywhere at times, should I go on lol I'll quit there for now

Always very tough to tell if it's cell service provider, phone manufacturer or someone in between. If it's something specific to certain phones or towers. That's where the provider will be the best source of clarification. Has anyone contacted to be able to share what they learned?  
 
Not sure if related but just helped out someone with a Rogers phone that had a long delay in an iMessage going out and figured it might help someone here too. Had them tap and hold on the blue message bubble and choose "send as text message" and it went through. A few mins later they tried a regular iMessage and it was fine.

And discussing the issues with my iPhone as well as 6 other iPhones we have in the family and it is always the same answer, everything is working fine on their end, must be the phone. Our phones consists of 4S, 4, 5C, 6 and 6plus, and it just seems strange that all phones have the same issues starting maybe a month month and a half ago and it does not have anything to do with signal strength or the towers.

Maybe everyone should switch to Samsung?

Although everyone thinks Blackberry is dead, it isn't, and it still has one of the best messaging apps ever, BBM. It is now available on Iphone, Android, and even Windows phone, as well as Blackberry. BBM let's you message anyone, no limits, no cost, with the added benefit of being able to see when your message has been received and read.

I have no problems with my iPhone 6 with MTS, everything works fine and the only problem I have is sometimes slow internet but then again, I already reached my 15Gb cap for the month so it slows down till the new bill cycle.  

Alright I called in to mts about 2 weeks ago and they had me do a couple of I think useless things but I also did this and it really helped my iPhone 5 I took and erased all of my texts, as in all the saved to in my messages , before I did that any photos I would be sent would never let me look at them in the text msg but only in the details , that and my delayed texts all seemed to dramatically improved hope that works for some of you!
