Message on TVs on Park Avenue?

Can anyone tell me what is written on the blue pages attached to the TVs on Park Ave, west of 13th? I've driven past a couple times but didn't want to slow down and hold up traffic to read them.

I live just down the street and the TV's change quite frequently! The most recent was about Harpers govt! They've also had paintings etc on buildings about the world coming to an end!

I too didn't want to hold up traffic so I stopped one evening out of curiosity when there was no traffic and the first page was something about the evil Harper conservatives and so on and at that point realized it was just another kook ranting.

Now I drive by it multiple times a day wondering how city bylaw allows it to stay there looking like trash on a sidewalk.

gives us something to look for and check out on the way across town.
There used to be a guy on 6th and Park who had a mini bike on a table with stuffed animal on it. They used to change it up for the holidays.

Dare to be different and have some fun.

The messages are just random rambling. It is just an eyesore. A couple of the tvs have been smashed and the broken glass is laying around. I have called and asked the city if there is anything they can do and the answer I hot was NO! I asked if it was not like a derilect vehicle that was just left in someone's yard to rust but I guess not. I can see someone getting hurt off the broken glass but I guess the city can deal with that when it happens.

Have a derelict with a Autopac sticker on from 2013 dressing up the neighbourhood!

The TVs left there smashed along with the numerous derelicts across the city bring the city down, imo! Does nothing for homeowner's property values either!

I wonder if shanoozle like this is allowed in neighbourhoods that pay five or six grand or more in property taxes?

Thanks for filling me in, guys! If I want to read unsolicited rants I can just check out eBrandon or Facebook so I won't bother stopping by to read the messages.
I do think it's clever to use TVs as a communication tool like that, though. But not cool if they're being broken and glass is lying around.

It's (removed), he's a local artist of sorts, and this is one of his projects. I'm not 100% sure but most of the messages have been political in nature from what I've seen and just by doing some throw away research it would appear he's been on a bit of a political tangent for a while.

I've wondered what it said too. It looks messy and trashy to me but.....art is art I guess....

I think it's kind of neat, I don't put too much stock into the message but I like that he's taken a medium like television and used it in an unorthodox way to convey his message to the masses.
He seemed like he was kind of mad about them being vandalized but I think the look of them as they've been picked at make it more raw, especially since I remember when they first appeared compared to how they're looking now. The boxes are jagged and worn but the message is still there.
I don't know the guy nor do I endorse the messages, but I like the method.

Yes I guess it's a neat way to convey messages but....I'd be annoyed as a neighbour lol. I normally don't care what my neighbours yards look like but I do think this is a bit "garbagey" looking.

If it was set up as an exhibit in a art museum, I might feel differently...

Each to their own though!

if this guy's "art" is so desirable he would have a showing in a gallery!!
