Incredimail on my computer

I am hoping someone can help me. Back in July I ordered and paid for the email called Incredimal... I like the little icon that come on & says ( YOU HAVE MAIL MADAM ) I got so hooked on that..Then last Sat. it was somehow removed.... I tried to contact the people who had first set it up for me and who I paid the $$ to. but can no longer reach anyone for help.. Does anyone have this service or know how I can fix this problem??????? Thanks in advance...
