if you have to snake pick healthy ones or at least healthier alternatives to what you eat now, cut at least some of the fat, altho necessary in small portions its a killer to weight lose, try and maintain portion control too and dont hate yourself if you are off one night, just remind yourself the next day that you had your splurge that week
other things i do is eat fruit or salad first then have a few chips, ill least less chips that way, if its sweats suck on a candy or sucker rather then having a desert, the sweat taste is in your mouth for longer, if you dont chew them lol, and there is way fewer calories, take one less spoonful if you do splurge and eventually the cravings will stop or you will be satisfied on a smaller portion
