Seems to be quite a lot of new construction in the area behind Crocus! Took a drive through several new bays I had never heard of. What company does the building anyone live in this new area have any feedback how they're enjoying their brand new house? It's looking like building new in some cases in the better option than buying something old and renovating. Appreciate any feedback or PMs.

Lots of new bays with a few people in the condos and most of the houses are full. I moved around there a couple years ago. Great areas with great hard working people that appreciate nice things. Everyone is still pretty new to the areas and we got to know most of the people around us. I don't find any people around here snobby.

J&G owns that area and is building most of the condos and homes. Honestly I wouldn't buy a J&G built home, just my opinion. In fact we are building a home in another area and are using another contractor.

There's a few contractors building houses in that area. The condos are all built by J&G, but R&M Homes are building quite a few houses in that area and I have never heard anything negative about them.

We had our house built bu R&M Homes 3 yrs ago and have not had any problems and our house is in the new south end development
