Just wondering if anyone has any experience in submitting a personal injury claim through MPI ,  
 
My son and his friend were injured due to a women driving through a cross walk,  
 
His physical injuries are minor at this point with large road rash over his body he is 18 living at home and still in high school. Though his injuries are not life threatening physically he has had personal property damage he was carrying and he is worried about those items no longer being in working order he does suffer from anxiety and now I'm worried about the long term effects that may arise later on down the road wondering if anyone has been through this horrible event or know any details about the process we want to wait to he starts feeling better and is able to walk around before starting any claim or law suit at this time....just wondering what is eligible to be claimed on my sons behalf.

My brother was riding his bike to work and a lady wiped him out on 26th street autopac bought him a new bike a pair of pants and a shirt dont know how you go about claiming this Id call them and ask how to make a claim.

you might just have to go talk to mpi or a lawyer with mpi experience to get an understanding of what your options are  
 
for the anxiety and other stuff i would suggest talking to a dr to see where he is at and what would be expected over the years, if you do make a claim im sure it will be useful, as well as an assessment on his personal belongings he was carrying

I'm currently dealing with a personal injury claim and from experience document everything, call MPI now to file the claim DO NOT WAIT. Go see a doctor have a paper trail. MPI is a hassle to deal with when it comes to treatment, they are an insurance company they don't like paying out. They will cover items damaged in the accident you just have to prove its broken. Good luck and I hope your son and his friend heal quickly.
